I seem to have a conflict with my Divi-themed site and GSite Kit. When activated, my home page header will not load the logo, neither will the hamburger menu expand. If I deactivate Site Kit, it works. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. If you’re using any optimization or caching plugin do you have any minifiction feature enabled?

We can try and this troubleshoot this further if you’d like to share your Site Health information privately using this form.

I just completed your form. So, guess it’s not Divi after all. I am using WP Rocket for a caching plugin, and through a series of tests, this issue with the Site Kit conflict happens when the ‘Combine JavaScript Files’ is checked under WPR’s File Optimization tab.

Nice troubleshooting, thanks for the update. With such features it can result in unpredictable behavior. Regardless I’ll bring this up with the team and make them aware, very useful to know.

If you have a moment free please also share your experience of using the Site Kit plugin.

Awesome. Hopefully, you’ll be able to release an update that won’t conflict with this WP Rocket feature. I’ll file a support ticket with WP Rocket as well to see if there’s a temporary/permanent fix on their end.

Here’s a development. With Safari, the issue persists as stated. Using Firefox, Chrome, or Brave browser on a Mac and PC, the issue doesn’t seem to exist.
So, perhaps it’s not a plugin issue at all, rather a browser issue. Still a little odd.

Thanks for the insights. I spoken with the team on this and we’ll also try and recreate the same experience from our side. Should we encounter any issues which we can address from our side we’ll create a GitHub issue or notify you here.

Just to keep you updated I’ve been unable to recreate the same experience from testing with just the Divi theme and Site Kit active. We’ll continue further testing. Should you encounter any dashboard errors in particular be sure to let us know.
