Conflict with Discount plugin

  • Good day.

    After doing an update I am experiencing a conflict between Multicurrency (Currency Switcher) and the Conditional Discounts plugin. I have disabled it. If enabled the plugin causes the Discount not to display on the cart page.

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Can you please send me some configuration of the add-on you are using? Also what type of issue you are facing? Is that showing any error or just not applying the discount?

    Hi there.

    So after further investigation, it is specifically this functionality in the Multicurrency (Currency Switcher) – (Multicurrency on per Product Basis Multicurrency on per Product Basis –
    If you enable this option, you will be able to enter prices for products in different currencies directly (i.e. without exchange rates). This will add meta boxes in product edit.) – that is causing the discount to not display. I have disabled this for now so that the discount can display on the cart page.

    There is no errors or anything the discount just does not display on the cart page.
