  • I am sorry, but there is only support for pro version users. If you are a pro version user, please reply to the pro version activation instructions to get support. There is an extensive FAQ, which might help you solve your problem or answer your question.

    Your problem is most probably not caused by Add Link to Facebook.

    Dear Marcel, I appreciate having the use of your app, but it is not perfect and neither are you.

    I informed you of this bug as a courtesy. I am not asking for your support. I can understand why you would want to support only paying customers.

    However, I cannot understand why you do not facilitate a user forum. I believe you should do so.

    I have been running a user forum for about three years here, but I got tired of answering the same questions over and over again and mostly not even getting a “thank you”. It is very rare that somebody else answers questions, even here on www.remarpro.com.

    Oh. Sorry to hear that. Users should support each other, especially when an app is free.

    Anyway, thanks again for your app. I love it and pledge to send money if I ever make any.
