    Hello, after 4 days of investigation, I found your plugin is the reason why the images are not uploaded in the reviews on my website.

    This reviews plugin is one of the most famous plugins for reviews and it is called: Customer Reviews for WooCommerce

    Once your plugin is activated, any image is not uploaded in the reviews.

    Can you please check this bug/conflict?
