Conflict with Contact Form 7

  • Hi:

    Using a custom theme made with Bootstrap 3. Mailchimp itself works great. Contact Form 7 doesn’t show a confirmation of Message Sent when both plugins are activated. (The message does actually get sent.) De-activating Mailchimp plugin allows CF7 to work properly. I realize this may actually be a CF7 issue rather than a Mailchimp plugin issue, but was wondering if there is a simple workaround you can recommend anyway.

    Hi there,

    That is really strange, the plugin actually integrates quite nice with CF7. Do you have an URL where I can take a look at the issue?

    It was on https://williamkowalski.com/contact. Naturally the problem is no longer occurring. What I did was to erase the MC code from that page and move it to another page. Both plugins then functioned properly. I then copied the MC code back onto the same page and once again it worked just the way it was supposed to. I can’t explain this because it was broken for several days. I am going to mark this as resolved… I will let you know if it happens again. Thanks.
