I am running Ultimate Member 2.3.6 on WordPress 6.5.2. I am having a conflict with CM Answers Pro version 4.7.4 – having them both activated generates a critical error. Both work individually, but not together. Anyone having the same issues? I have gone through the typical trouldshooting process of enabling/disabling plugins, making sure that everything is up to date, etc. Any insight would be appreciated.

Looking at your page’s HTML you are using the latest UM 2.8.5.
Do you get more info about the critical error?

Enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

Read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.

This is a well known issue with UM 2.8.5, which should be fixed by the developers of the “CM Answers Pro” plugin. There will not be a fix by UM developers for this issue.

More details about this issue here

    https://github.com/ultimatemember/ultimatemember/issues/1500

You can reinstall UM 2.8.4 until fixed by using the “WP Rollback” plugin
