conflict with CKEditor

I briefly looked into it, but it doesn’t seem like something we can easily fix/support.

It looks like CKEditor replaces the javascript function used in the media library of WP 3.5 with its own function. It does that for the default insert button, but not for our button.

A side effect of this method seems to be that it also breaks the WordPress built-in media manager when you want to insert media from the Media manager in HTML mode.
