    Can you try WP Super Cache or Auto Optimize?

    Or Cache Enabler is must for you?

    If you seriously want to use that plugin then we can think about adding compatibility for it.

    small remark; Autoptimize does not do page caching, only JS/ CSS optimization, so it’s not a replacement for KeyCDN Cache Enabler.
