Conflict with Business Directory Plugin?

Hi there. Suddenly, on the page I linked to above, the links for the different categories of the business directory no longer work. For example, if you click on AEPQ or BCPCA, the links show a WordPress blurb and not a list of businesses.

When I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty One, the page displayed as normal; it must be a theme issue. You can see the similar directory working correctly here: https://opcaonline.org/member-directory/

Can you please check and see if there’s a theme conflict that can be fixed, thanks.
