On this website I use your plugin with the Betheme template. I discovered that there is a conflict between your plugin and the theme. When I disable the plugin the Betheme options are visible. When I activate the plugin the options are not visible. The Muffin group (Betheme company) had a look in the dashboard and now we know that this is the problem. Do you have a solution so that I can use your plugin with the Betheme without conflicts?
    Thank you.

    Hello.
    1) Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.

    2) Some other conflict can be if the theme is using Bootstrap library and version of Bootstrap is different then version in Booking Calendar. Booking Calendar is use bootstrap library 3.3.5.
In this case, possible issues with not showing mouse over tooltips at the front-ens side in Booking Calendar. Its tooltips for showing booking data, times and cost, when mouse over specific day.

You can disable loading of “bootstrap library” by the Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, after expand of Advanced JavaScript section.

    Kind Regards.

Thanks for your quick reply. As far as I can see there are no JS errors. I did option 2 and checked disable loading bootstrap in backend but without result. The problem exists only in the backend in not showing the theme options when plugin is activated. In the frontend everything is OK. The plugin works fine only that it makes Betheme theme options disappear.
In FAQ I don’t see known issues with themes. But perhaps this is one.

Than I have to find another plugin I’m afraid because I need the theme options.

    Ah … I see.
Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in right side of the page for the menu position please set option “bottom” and save changes.
    Kind Regards.
