Hi, I have the latest version of WordPress (3.6) and the Avada theme (3.0.1). Within the theme, I had configured a custom logo and a slideshow on my home page via the built-in Revolution slider. Everything was working fine until I loaded the latest Connections plugin. I immediately noticed that anything that loads an image (logo, slideshow, etc.) on my site was broken. That is, the images won’t load. I removed the Connections plugin, but my site is still broken and I can’t get the images to load. I also disabled all other plugins, but I still have the problem. I even reloaded the theme, but still have the problem. I would appreciate any assistance you might provide.

I doubt the installation and activation of Connections could have cause the issue. Further, if it did, there are no permanent changes made to the WordPress installation other than a few custom tables and some stored options so deactivating Connections would have resolved the issue. I’m thinking it just happens to be coincidental when you installed Connections you noticed the issue.

    A couple suggestions…

Look at the server PHP error log to see if there are any errors being reported.

Load your site up on Chrome and browse to a page having the issue, hit the F12 key and click the Console tab. Any browser errors and some server errors will be reported here. If there are errors, maybe fixing them will resolve the issue.

Post a link here to a page on your site having the issue, I’ll take a quick look to see if there is anything else that I can suggest.
