Conflict with Avada Theme Fusion Builder Map

  • The owner bought the plugin – I am writing on the forum because I do not have access to the pro support. The link is to the test site.

    Since I cannot add a required field on the contact page, I was advised by Avada to create a page using the default page template.

    Easy enough… but:

    I just added the Fusion Builder Google Map in the page and it does not work.

    It DOES work on the contact page that I want to replace: /contact-us/

    And on these 2 pages:

    /accommodation-in-puerto-rico/

    and

    /how-to-get-to-top-divers-canary-islands/

    These working pages work for a few months already but when I want to create a new map, it does not show up.

    Of course I tested everything by deactivating all the plugins and when activating WPSSO, that is when the error happens.

    Have you enabled the Query Monitor plugin? Does it report any errors?

    Have you defined the WP_DEBUG constant? Are there any errors in the WordPress debug.log file?

    Have you disabled the use of WordPress the_content filter? And if not, have you entered an excerpt for that post / page so WPSSO does not have to parse the content to create a description?

    Sorry, no. @jsmoriss Isn’t allowed to support paying customers via the back door here either.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
