Hello – I’ve disabled Complianz temporarily on this site, as we’ve discovered that WooCommerce payments through Authorize.net were not able to complete when Complianz is enabled. The transaction throws an error and asks for a different payment method. When Complianz is disabled, the transactions go through fine.

    WooCommerce v4.6.1
    WooCommerce Authorize.Net Gateway v3.2.2
    Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent v4.7.7

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks for your help,
    Jonathon

    Hi @demo38ltd,

You can activate Complianz and enable safe mode and try again,

If this works, it will probably be an integration. Please check if the PayPal integration causes this, which would be my first guess.

If not, we will have to look further,

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,
Sorry about the lack of follow-up – we weren’t able to test the safe mode with the user traffic the site gets, so we’ve decided to go a different route for GDPR plugin. The Complianz plugin has been great, but Authorize.net functions fine when it’s disabled, and we had to keep things moving. It could be a 3rd party issue with another plugin somehow and not Complinz at all, but we weren’t able to track it down.

    Thank you for your help,
    Jonathon
