Conflict with Asynchronous Javascript

I recently had my WP site optimized and one of the things that helped speed it up is the Asynchronous Javascript plugin…but now it makes the beautiful format of the Comments Evolved go away.

They offer a way to make an exception for certain plugins, but I can’t figure out what to put in the appropriate box. Can you help me by sharing the following for Comments Evolved?

* What is the correct “name” – key used to queue the javascript file within wordpress? (example they gave was “jquery,jqueryui”)

* What is the correct “file name” in case the first one doesn’t work? (Example they gave for this was “file1.js,file2.js”)
