    Hi,

Just to let you know that since the latest update there is a conflict with the Astra theme customizer. Typography doesn’t work anymore.

    Hi @bvsclub123,

Thank you for your message, can you please provide more details about your setup and the error you are encountering? (if you see any errors in the browser console)

We tested the plugin along with the Astra theme and Typography in the Customizer is working ok on our end so maybe there is a custom script that might interfere or another plugin?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thanks. It was a custom script that interfered!

    Hello,
After the last update of the plugin it has also created a conflict with the Genesis theme for me. You can no longer customize WordPress, because when you go to “Appearance” and then “Personalize” the following message appears:
You are seeing this message because ad or script blocking software is interfering with this page.
Please disable any ad blocking software or scripts, then reload this page.

And I haven’t put any new custom script, and before the update I didn’t have that problem.

    Hi @alexandrasa,

From the error message it seems like a browser extension might interfere – can you please try disabling your browser’s ad blocker and try again?

    Thanks

    Hello,
Thanks for answering. In the browser I use I do not have an ad blocker, the only extension I have installed has the function of providing me with a VPN

    Hi @alexandrasa,

Thank you for the details, it sounds like something else is interfering with how the page is loaded – from the specific message you are receiving it might be related to this: https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/10712325?hl=en

We have not made any changes to the way the scripts are loaded in the frontend so it could be related to a change in the ads loaded on the page (externally) – if you have ads on the website.

Right! I just checked. It is a change in external ads that is causing this problem. Thank you very much!
