Conflict with Appearance | Customize

    Am using plugin ver. 1.6.1
    Wordpress ver. 5.4

    When in the back end I select Appearance | Customize the left panel (the controls) shows only “You are customizing [name of site]”. The menu of controls itself is not displayed at all. Similarly, the right panel, which should show a view of the site, does not display anything at all.

    If I disable the plugin, Appearance | Customize works exactly as it should. Enable the plugin and the problem recurs.

    This problem exists independently of the theme I use (I tried several, including Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Twenty.

    At your support portal it is not possible to create a ticket unless you have a purchased product with a key. If you wish to find out what is causing this problem, please provide support otherwise.

    We have this Support Section on that website specifically for free plugins and other products which don’t have any dedicated website.

    Hi guys!
    Have same problem. Customizer do not loading…

    In version 1.6.1 you have ERROR in file /admin/index.php
    string: 1124

    function bsf_reset_options( $option_to_reset ) {
    require_once dirname( esc_html__FILEesc_html__ ) . ‘/../settings.php’
    …

    You can check it, if try to update any setting on plugin setting page in admin pannel
    Maybe plugin have other problems…
