conflict with another plugin

click on the button in sidebar “Have a Question” it will open a popup form that scrolls with the page…i have set the options in admin to never scroll… it works fine on other pages but not on homepage with the Q2W3 fixed widget plugin..

Hi, there are no errors and I can not find any reason why this is happening. My advise is to disable my plugin and try and use the colorBox lightbox that is already included in your theme to display the contact form. As far as I know, colorBox can show inline content just as FancyBox can.

Besides, right now clicking the image on https://www.smileinseattle.com/blog/stop-gritting-your-teeth-over-headaches-how-a-dentist-can-help/ for example will open two lightboxes. You can see this when you try tho close the lightbox effect by clicking outside the image. First, it will close FancyBox and then you will see the colorBox effect. A second click is needed to close that one too.

Running two lightbox scripts is too much on any site, let alone a site that is already very heavy like this one.

Thanks for your solution..i already tried using the theme’s inbuilt colorbox but it opens the entire page in lightbox rather then the inline content.. i am not a javascript coder so doesn’t know how to tweak it. Any help with that?

Well it worked out with colorbox but the scrolling issue still there…may be there’s a conflict with fixed widget plugin.. anyways thanks a lot for your help…

I have no idea why this autocentering is happening with either FancyBox or colorBox on your home page. Maybe the fixed widget plugin developers might have an idea. Have you posted on their support forum?
