Conflict with Advanced Excerpt plugin

    There appears to be a conflict with the Advanced Excerpt plugin which causes our site to break unless we add a manual excerpt to the PostX post and select “Use the custom excerpt (if disabled the excerpt is generated from the content)” option in Advanced Excerpt. The PostX block we are using is called Post Grid #4. Can we troubleshoot/fix this in PostX so we don’t need to remember to use the manual workaround, or is this more an issue for the Advanced Excerpt developers to look into?

    Thank you for reaching us. If you go to our Block setting > Excerpt > enable show full excerpt that should extract excerpt from your meta like this: Image

    Hi,

    I have talked to our development team and they said you have to add an excerpt manually. When you disable our excerpt there is no way to add advanced content Inside our blocks.
