    Downgrading a version (back to 7.6.3) seems to solve the problem.

    It appears to be something in your Javascript.

    50% opacity…

    I found the same issue with ACF flexible content.

    I filed a support request with ACF to remove the ‘disabled’ class, however, please also isolate your CSS.

    The .disabled {opacity: 0.5} at /wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/plugin/sdf/sdf.admin.css should not apply to the entire WordPress admin area, unless that’s the code intent.
