I recently updated all plugins & there was a problem when adding to cart. The site is set to immediately go to cart page, but it appears empty. Even though the cart icon in the header shows quantity 1.

This seems to be a time-sensitive issue as well. So after about 5mins this is no longer a problem. If you wait 5mins then add to cart it works. If you add to cart straight away it doesn’t, but if you keep refreshing the page, after about 5mins it will appear there.

I tested on staging site turning all plugins off, except for woocommerce. Turning each one on in turn & found PixelYourSite was the culprit.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Btw, I have had to change plugins, in order for customers to buy. Could not keep waiting for days. If you go to the site to test, you won’t find the problem at the moment. Would still be good if someone could look into this.

    Sorry for the delay.

I am not sure I fully understand the problem, but it can be something cache related. Or a conflict with some other plugin. It’s hard to tell at this stage.

Yes, I have been told about caching, but like I said originally, I turned all plugins off apart from Woocommerce. Then I turned each plugin back on 1 at a time. The problem only occurred with this plugin. So I changed to another & turned everything back on & have not had the problem since.
