Conflict Visual Composer

  • In general I like Elastic Email, but the plugin is conflicting with Visual Composer (WP Bakery) and pages cannot be build. VC is a very popular used page builder, implemented in tons of themes, so for me this means to cancel my account with elastic email. Which is a shame.

    We’ve checked the issue you described on several editors, but we didn’t notice that something is going wrong.
    Also, please keep in mind that WP Bakery isn’t installed directly from the WordPress marketplace, but from the private developer site, so we, as Elastic Email Sender provider cannot guarantee the correctness of other tool’s code, especiali of those that has not been verified by WordPress developers.
    Anyway, we’d love to take a look on your issue and we’ll do our best to help you. Could you please contact us via our support channel and send us the error codes and screens? That will definitely help us solve your problem.

    Thanks for coming back. I installed the latest WP Bakery version a day ago and the problem persists. At the mean I have a ticket with you guys: #164875. I hope you can help me asap.
