conflict the Jquery top button effect on homepage

Also, when you click on the top button, it throws another JavaScript error
$(...).offset(...) is undefined
coming from the same file. I’m not really sure how this theme plugin should work or what it does, so I suggest reaching out to the theme developers to figure out the problem. (Currently the best I can think of is that maybe their codes were made to work with their built-in navigation only, so not with 3rd party menu plugins. But I’m not familiar enough with their codes to confirm this.)

The inner page (https://aimcreativity.com/approval/ws-execution/anisha-international/services/new-product-development/) doesn’t seem to use this theme feature, that is why you can’t see problems there.

If I deactivate the “Navigation Menu Bar” plugin then “top button” and “Navigation Menu Bar” coming down while scrolling to down are working fine.

It means only homepage javascript clashes the functionality.
Below path are available in both homepage and inner pages too.
/wp-content/themes/viska/assets/js/jquery.nav.js

But error coming to only homepage. I found 26 Jquery files on the homepage while only 18 Jquery files on Inner pages. Below are the extra 8 Jquery files included on the homepage.

Request you to know which file clashes the functionality.

It doesn’t really matter if the files are there, what matters is whether the codepart that fails in the files is used or not. (So it’s either not used or not fails there.)

I checked your home page again (it looks like you aren’t using our menu there anymore), and when the “Who we are” or “Services” menus are clicked, the JavaScript error (TypeError: $(…).offset(…)) is back again. So I still think it’s a theme related problem, which I’m not familiar with, so I suggest reaching out to the developers of your theme so they could help fixing the JavaScript errors.
