    Hello,

    I’ve been using your plugin for a while and it’s been working great! I have version 2.6.12 installed and have an issue. When I create a normal wordpress page & add something in WP Bakery- the page saves as a help / knowledgebase post (instead of a normal page).

    It seems to be some sort of conflict, could you please help me out to fix this issue?

    the link to the video doesn’t work. Can you please send the correct one so I can have a look at it?
    Have you already tried to disable all other plugins to see if any of them is the cause of the issue?

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    Apologies, I don’t know why the video isn’t working anymore.

    So, it seems that the Basepress plugin creates a conflict with WPBakery plugin, because everytime I try to use WPBakery the page I create https://prnt.sc/qeup1o goes into the help centre/ knowledgebase https://prnt.sc/qeup4b and this shouldn’t happen as it’s meant to be a normal page that gets created not an article in help centre.

    Other plugins don’t seem to be causing any issues. I’m not sure if this is related at all but a while back you told me to create a child theme for KB as I had an issue with the footer.

    Please could you look into this issue?
