    Hi!

I don’t know how s2member or Event Espresso works internally, so I can’t answer about the conflinct accurately. But this plugin simply removes the two methods mentioned in the description from XML-RPC interface. So I don’t think that it can create any conflict with any plugin. I don’t know of any plugin using those XML-RPC methods.

Don’t know either what kind of protection does s2member. By using my plugin you will reduce server load if the attackers are using the mentioned XML-RPC methods. But even when the methods are not executed you server is going to process the request to say “you can’t do that”, so if the attack is huge and your server resources can’t handle that amount of requests we’re talking about a DoS or DDoS attack and the only way to stock that is at server level.

So I would recommend you to contact with your hosting to get assistance on blocking the attackers.
