Conflict or glitch

Hi, I’m using the widget on top left of my page as a dropdown to swap between 2 currencies but when it is clicked to change or when a new page is loaded or refreshed, there’s a glitch or jump where the dropdown lingers quickly and the version of the plugin appears. This happens evey time and I feel It may slow down my site also.
