Hi Guys, somehow it seems the latest versions have an issue.
Each time I am on the backend of a product page, it automatically creates a preview window with either doing nothing, scrolling or clicking. The preview window only shows the header and footer and otherwise is blank.

I have already spoken to Divi support and it was determined, it is a Yoast problem.

I am on the latest version of everything. The website is still under construction. Happy to provide a login for you to see yourself.

    Thanks

    Kind regards

    Regine

  • Yes, this is an issue with Yoast and Divi. My client has experience this too and the only solution was to deactivate Yoast. There have been several similar posts that the admins have closed without recognition there’s an issue. Hopefully, if enough people cite this then it will be addressed in an update.

    Hi @nutsonshells

We understand you have an issue with the latest versions of Yoast SEO, Divi, and WooCommerce, wherein it creates a blank preview when trying to edit a product page.

Could you please perform a conflict check and confirm it occurs with only these 3 plugins/themes enabled and everything else disabled on your website?

We understand you’ve contacted Divi support on this. Are there any visible error messages in the product edit screen, or in your browser’s console or in your server error log? Additional information on this would be helpful so we can try and reproduce this and add that information in our internal report.

    Hi @andydog66

We are sorry you’re having the same issue. Please open a new request. That way it’s easier to track issues and provide assistance. Thanks!

If you can add additional information (such as specific error messages in your browser’s console, steps to reproduce, or errors from the server log), this would be helpful.
