Conflict of Wedding Album theme and wp eshop makes slideshow not work

This is my website im working on :

It is going to be used when i take photos of kids, to display the photos for the parents to buy online and pay by paypal.
On the home page there is supposed to be a slide show of photographs. I have been working on an e-shop (purchased the plugin WP eshop) which i have working on just this page so far :

but when i activate the plugin for the e-shop the slideshow wont work – i just get a blank front page. If i deactivate the plugin – the slideshow works fine – so I am sure this plugin is the issue.
I have done a bit of googling and found that it looks likes is a jquery conflict (the slider is called nivo slider) but i dont know how to resolve it.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
