Conflict – MemberPress & Divi – Adding Condition, Rules

I was having problems adding more than one Condition under Rules in Memberpress using the Divi theme. The search console errors pointed me in the direction of Heartbeat Control. Sure enough when I disabled Heartbeat Control, I was able to add multiple Conditions. However, when I switched to the 2015 theme everything worked fine. So there appears to be a conflict with the combination of Divi – MemberPress – Heartbeat Control.
