I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.

I am not sure why this is happening on your website.

Could you please try enabling the plugin option as shown in the screenshot below?

Thank you for your response, I have active the option from your screenshot, and the plugin updated to the latest version, but still I do have the same problem searching while I editing a page.

i have you contacted via suport form in the plugin.
but i dont use the plugin no longer, because of the bug.
i think it depends on the polylang integration. without polylang your plugin works.

I tried using the polylang plugin but the media search still works fine for me.

Is there any specific polylang setting that is causing this issue?

no specific. the polylang media translation is not active. when i active it and translate some media it works.
