Conflict: Flexible Shipping and Free Shipping

    Hi Staff,

    we apply free shipping over 89 euros but we would also like to set an additional cost based on the weight, for example if it exceeds 10kg. The problem is that if the order satisfies the first condition (ie above 89 euros) the weight is not considered. Therefore flexible shipping disappears in the order summary even if the weight exceeds 10kg. How can we do so that the two conditions do not conflict?

    Hello Massimiliano,
    thank you for your question.

    You can create two separate methods:
    1. With free shipping which is active for orders below or equal to 10 kg.
    2. Paid one which is active for orders above 10 kg.

    This will comply with your requirements.
