Conflict – confirmation message (conflict save & continue?)

  • Hi,

    I activated the plugin and since then when a user creates an entry the confirmation message contains:
    – default confirmation message
    – ‘save and continue’ confirmation message (The link was sent to the following email address: {save_email})

    Only the first message should be displayed.

    Issue dissapeared when I deactivated the plugin.

    Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

  • Hi – I’m getting something similar.

    When a user submits the form for the first time they get the message thats set for “When a form is updated” instead of the confirmation thats set for “When a new entry is submitted”.

    Only started occuring with the latest update to Gravity Forms.

    Rolled back Gravity Forms version (from 1.9.5 to 1.9.4) and didn’t fix it.

    Sorry for the late reply. Question: Are you both using the ‘save and continue’ functionality?

    I’m not using ‘save and continue’.

    I tried the previous version of Sticky-List as well – problem persists.

    That is very strange. I just did some tests and didnt have any issues. Would you mind exporting your form and post a link to it here so that I can try it out?

    @erikbaars: It looks like you have conflicting confirmations. Try disabling them all and the re-enable them one by one until you find your problem.

    @kevin_lt: Like it says under Known Issues in the description: ‘Save and Continue’ is not supported.
