    Hello,

when I install Google Site Kit on my website, I occurred an error on each page (front and back)
    ex :
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in /wp-includes/class-wp-object-cache.php on line 364

If I disable all extensions and only activate Suremembers and Google Site Kit this error occured.

SureMembers ([email protected]) support told me :
“This is a known issue as we have carried few tests with both of the plugins and after testing and code modifications. We were able to discern that the exact error shown for the resource memory is coming from the Google Site Kit plugin. “

Could you help us to make this 2 modules works together ?

    Thanks

    Samuel

@jamesosborne , I just send a site health for my TasteWP

To reproduce the error I had to configure some element on SureMembers.

Just try to go in SureMembers > Setting > Login Customizer and activate “Customize Login URL”, then I think you will have the issue :

Appreciate the update. Note that what you shared with your TasteWP site was your Site Health information as opposed to your Site Health status. Your Site Health status displays issues with your site, such as issues with your WordPress REST API. Not to worry however, I’ll perform some checks with the configurations you suggested.

I’ll report back to you here after I have an update from some further testing. Thanks again.

Thanks for your patience on this, and for sharing the steps to recreate. I have been able to recreate the same and I’ll check this further with the team. I’ve downloaded the error logs and I’ll check this with the team further. Please allow some time for us to check this.

Given this is only an optional configuration within SureMembers, if you’re happy to not change your wp-login path, you can view the Site Kit dashboard as expected with this configuration disabled. Thanks again. I’ll report back to you here once I have an update.

Thanks a lot for your support @jamesosborne .

I will wait for the update.

    Keep me informed

Just to keep you updated on this, we will be investigating this further. In the meantime, so you can use Site Kit as expected, can you confirm the dashboard does work as expected with that particular wp-login path configuration temporarily deactivated? We’ll hopefully have an update for you this week on this.

Hi James, thanks for the news.

Yes the Site Kit works fine if SureMembers “customize login URL” is not activate. (but I need it)

Thanks for the update. From testing this further I don’t encounter any issues when using either the WPS Hide Login or the Easy Hide Login plugins, while not enabling the SureMembers custom wp-login feature.

If you wish to do the same while we’re investigating this further, feel free to do so. This will allow you to use Site Kit alongside SureMembers. We will review this potential conflict further, I just wish to share this workaround.

@samuelyellowpony I’m unsure why the topic was marked as unresolved. I’ve reopened it now.

Our team were in contact with the SureMembers team on this, with a fix for this is applicable on their side. Are you using the latest version of their plugin, with the same occurring?

    Thread Starter samuelyellowpony

    (@samuelyellowpony)

    Thanks @jamesosborne

Yes I use the lastest Suremembers version and the same still occure.

I will contact them and let you know if they apply a solution.

Great! I’ll keep this support topic open while you check this. I can also check with the team regarding any updates they have from communicating with SureMembers on this.

Just to keep you updated on this, our team did relay a solution to the SureMembers team. Given this must be addressed on the SureMembers side, I’ll close this support topic. Thank you for raising this.

Just to let you know that SureMembers have confirmed a fix for this. This fix will be present in the next SureMembers update. Thanks for raising this @samuelyellowpony!
