I don’t know whether this an Event Tickets issue, or a One Page Checkout issue, but they have a conflict. If I add an event ticket to my cart, but don’t complete checkout, and then try to visit any page or product that uses Woocommerce One Page Checkout (e.g. our Donation page), it automatically redirects me to the Event Tickets attendee registration checkout page (attendee-registration/?tickets_provider=tribe_wooticket).

If I delete the Event Ticket from my cart, I am once again able to access the page/product that uses One Page Checkout. But if there is an Event Ticket in the cart, there is no way to access any woocommerce product that uses One Page Checkout, or any page that uses the One Page checkout shortcode.

I am using the most recent versions of all Event plugins and woocommerce plugins.

Are you able to open a bug report for this conflict?

    Hi @lsterling03,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve encountered this potential conflict!

Because Attendee Registration is a feature of our Event Tickets Plus plugin, please open a ticket at theeventscalendar.com/support/ so we can continue to assist you with this through our premium support.

    Thank you,
