Conflict between Elementor Lightbox + WP Image Zoom

    Hello,

    I’ve noticed recently that our lightbox no longer works for product page images when using the WP Image Zoom plugin in tandem.

    From my testing, if I disable the WP Image Zoom, the lightbox for Elementor just doesn’t work at all. If I enable WP Image Zoom, the lightbox also works; however, it doesn’t load the image.. the lightbox & controls popup but there’s no image that displays no matter how long I wait.

    Are there any suggestions for further diagnosing or any ideas that could be causing this?

    Hello,

    the product gallery on your website seems to be the default one from the WooCommerce plugin. But the lightbox comes from Elementor. Could you tell me how to enable the Elementor lightbox on the gallery images, so I can check this issue on my test website?

    It is the default Elementor lightbox that can be configured in these steps:

    Curiously, it doesn’t even appear unless WP Image Zoom is activated, although the issue that it doesn’t show any images still applies.

    I’ve already tried tinkering with the Lightbox settings in the “Site Settings” section on my test website, but that doesn’t bring out the lightbox on the product gallery. I tested with the Hello Elementor theme and with both Elementor from www.remarpro.com repository, as well as Elementor Pro.

    So the issue is not that the image zoom breaks the lightbox, but that it somehow enables the lightbox on the product gallery and it is broken.

    Could you please enable the lightbox on a static image on a page and see if the lightbox is broken there with or without the image zoom plugin enabled?
