    Hello support,

I am using Elementor on my website and it seems to be in conflict with Woocommerce.

I can’t access to the shop page of my website using the option “custom with Elementor”. The edition page failed to load. The program suggested me to switch the theme, disable all plugin, do the updates, etc. I made all what was suggested, no success.

Could you help me to solve this trouble please,

    Thanks in advance.

    Chris

  • You can’t directly edit that page. You need to create a template that will become your new shop page. Watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2gyAeZdU9s Keep in mind that My Templates menu item is no longer there. You’ll want to use the menu item Templates > Theme Builder instead, and then follow the same instructions after that. The video shows creating a single product template first, and then around the 5 minute mark, it shows how to create your product archive (shop) page. The video discusses only using one category, but you might want to skip that and show all products instead. Many ways to go here, the concept is the same.
