    Hi,

I’m not a developer and I’m trying to solve my problem on my own. What I already did :

    • Created a stagging to do my tests
    • Purge and empty the WP Rocket cache (with no effect), then completely deactivate the plugin.
    • Download and activate the “Hello” theme

Here’s the problem: the elementor accordion widget seems to conflict with the RGPD complianz plugin.

    • If I accept cookies, the accordion widget becomes unusable (on click, it keeps opening and closing).
    • If I refuse cookies, the widget works normally.
    • The problem is visible on firefox / chrome / edge (I haven’t tested it, by the way).

One solution might be to whitelist the right file (the one that loads the elementor widget management) in complianz, but I don’t know what the right file is? I’m not sure that’s where the problem lies either.

    Regards,
    Laurent

    Hello Laurent,

I’m Leonardo of Complianz, thanks for your message.

I tried to pen your website but it shows a blank page, could you please open our plugin, section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and disable from there only the “Elementor” option? Then please delete the website cache and try again.

    Hi,
I’m sorry, in the meantime I’d tested a few random manipulations and since one of the solutions worked, I deleted the stagging site.

The page link was auberge-de-germ.fr/activites-vallee-louron/ (this is the site in production).

I went to integrations > Extensions > Ultimate Addons for Elementor – Google Maps (which I unchecked) and it worked. However, is it still RGPD friendly?
