    Hi,

I’ve created a new website with WordPress 4.0, and installed the plugins: WordPress SEO, and our CP Google Maps, and both plugins are working fine in my WordPress.

If you want, I can take a look to your website, please, don’t hesitate in send me the access to your WordPress through my support page:

Hi, thank you for looking into the problem.
To be a little more specific about the issue: the SEO plugin works fine but if CP Google Maps is enabled it prevents the saving of any option change in the SEO.
It just won’t save any change.
If I disable CP it works fine.
    Can you check?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

    I’ve made the following tests:

    1. I’ve modified the general settings of WordPress SEO, from its corresponding menu options, all changes were saved correctly.

    2. I’ve created a new post, and modified the SEO attributes: Focus Keyword, SEO Title, Meta Description, and I’ve created a map point, all has been saved fine too.

    3. Finally, I’ve created a new page, and I’ve followed the same process that with the post in the second point, with the same result, all fine.

The data of post and page were saved correctly, the maps points were created fine, and the SEO attributes were saved too.

    Best regards.

I also use WP SEO by Yoast, but additional WPML. All plugins are uptodate and are working, but only if I switch off CP Google Maps. Please make a test also with WPML. Have you installed this plugin, which is necessary for multilingual sites, CP Google Maps will not work.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I’ve installed the three plugins: our CP Google Maps, WPML plugin, and the WP SEO by Yoast, and the three plugins are working fine in the same WordPress.

Remember, if you are creating pages or posts in different languages, each page, or post, is independent, with its own metadata. So, the metadata of page in English are different to the metadata of the page in Spanish, so the map points defined in one of pages won’t be displayed in the another, unless you insert the map’s shortcode to display all points defined in the website.

    Best regards.
