Conflict between Contact Form 7 and Headway – no green success box

    Last week I updated a website to use the Headway drag-and-drop theme (www.headwaythemes.com).

    Ever since then, there’s been an issue with CF7. When someone hits the “submit” button at the bottom, it just goes around and around and around. It actually does submit the form, but the person doesn’t know that.

    The Contact form is working correctly on the site, so I’m not sure what the problem is.

    Is there something that can be done with either Headway or CF7 to fix this?

    Consult Headway’s support. It’s paid theme, so I can’t see its source code.

    I can confirm that the problem is checkboxes.

    I had a form working for at least 2 years until the update… then it just hung on submit. Changed all the checkboxes to radio buttons – and poof!

    I fixed it. I did use radio buttons and it works like a charm. Thanks!
