    First of all. Awesome plugin.

I have an issue with variable products. Here the steps to reproduce it (on my environment):

    1. Setup variable product
    2. Create new variations, set variations to ATUM control and stock level to > 0
    3. Check product -> all good.
    4. Update stock level on ATUM Inventory and check product -> stock level is adjusted
    5. Update stock level via “edit product” to something > 0 for one variations
    6. Check product: Product stock level has gone to 0 -> not available anymore

I understand that a workaround would be to only be using ATUM to adjust stock level, but I fear that mistakes will happen.

    Hi @rapsli ,

I have just tested every possible stock change and everything works absolutely fine as it should.

Have updated the stock from the edit screen, from Stock Central. Every time the change reflected in the front end as well.

Can you make a video of it, please?

You can then upload to the official forum as here you are not allowed you I believe.

    Hope this helps.

hm…. you are right. it works now as it should. I’m 100% sure at the time when I posted this, it was behaving differently. Will keep an eye on it and would eventually come back again. thanks for the support!

-> no actually it behaves the same again, but just on the front-end!

-> Probably has to do with my template.

Ok, I can confirm. In the backend it all looks just fine. I can do stock level updates either in WooCommerce or ATUM, it is reflected just fine. BUT: on the front end it will tell me that the product is not available anymore when i do the update via WooCommerce. Probably a template thing, but would you happen to give me a hint of where to look?

Are you using any plugin that could be involved? Any ATUM premium features?

No Premium. I am using a variations swatch plugin, but disabling this did not change anything. I believe it’s a theme thing, when I get around I will try to switch theme to something else and see if it still occures. For the time being I will just have to make sure to modify stock level in ATUM…. which is anyway, why I have installed the plugin ??

Here my last update. I have played around on my staging environment. Some products have this behaviour and it won’t go away. I have changed theme, disabled almost all of the other plugins. Remains the same.

I have created a new product. Works as expected.

I have duplicated the bespoke product. Works as expected.

I assume this is possibly an issue with the product it self, as I have created it before installing ATUM plugin. … maybe this is of some help for someone.

    Good Night
