Confirmed tickets cannot be opened after update to latest version

Dear support,
I hope you can help me with the following issue. Today we’ve updated to the latest version of OTCE. Unfortunately since the update, customers cannot open their confirmed tickets, not from the confirmation e-mail and not from their account on the website. The link that is opened cannot be found. Also I cannot open the event-page any more since the update although they still exist, maybe this relates to the other issue.
We run WP version 4.9.1, WC version 3.2.5 and OTCE version 2.8.7.
As we have an event this Saturday, I hope you can help me to solve this issue so customers can print their ticket to get entrance. Thank you for the support!
