Confirmations not working

    I have 2 forms on a website i’m developing, but in both of them, the confirmations are not showing. I have a confirmation message set up, but even if I select another type of confirmation (like “go to url”), it does nothing after I click Submit.

    I can see the entries, so they are being sent, but I really need the confirmation box with the message.

    I don’t have any cache plugin right now.

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
