Confirmation / Thank You Page

  • Is it possible to redirect the user to a custom thank you page after they press the SUBMIT button?

    At the moment, it shows a confirmation message, but redirecting to a custom URL after they submit the form would be a nice experience for them.

    I solved this by using an embedded form

    Or is there info available about webhooks to create a custom function to enable this
