Confirmation popup not visible

Dear, I’m fighting with a problem that is preventing my users to submit a reply to a ticket. When a user fill out all fields and click “submit answer” nothing happens. The problem is related to the confirmation pop-up that is shown out of the screen (not in a visible area) preventing the user to complete the reply submission.
This happens both the mobile and desktop version with Safari and Chrome as well. I’m posting a screenshot to help you to understand the problem.Here is another thread that talks about the same issue: Thread
