    i have the options enabled:
    – Allow customers to create an account during checkout
    – Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page

    – When creating an account, automatically generate a username for the customer based on their name, last name, or email address

    – When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password.

but after the checkout, the thankyou / order confirmation with order details isnt showing anymore, instead there is a loginpage… can i still show a order confirmation page to the user without forcing him to login?

  • Hi @dontorpedo

I understand that you’re having an issue with the order confirmation page being replaced with a login page after checkout.?

Firstly, it’s important to note that the WooCommerce plugin is designed to show the ‘Thank You’ or ‘Order received’, or any order confirmation page after a successful checkout, regardless of whether a customer has created an account or not. If this isn’t happening, it could be due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

I would suggest you perform a conflict test (by switching to the Storefront theme and see if the issue is gone, then if not, try deactivating all plugins and try to test an order, and reactivating each to see which one causes the issue). You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.?

Also, when a customer log in, is the order confirmation showed afterward?

On the other hand, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.?

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    Thank you!
