Confirmation Page after Donation

    I’ve created a donation form using the free version of the plugin. How do I redirect to the Donation Confirmation page after a donation has been made? I checked the plugin resources online and it says that the plugin will automatically generate a donation confirmation page, but there is no such page in the pages section of the website.

    I’m happy to create a page and add the shortcode if necessary, but where would I adjust the settings for the redirection after donation?

  • Hi @flourishdesignstudio,
    Glad you reached out. You’ll need to have a Donation Confirmation page before it will redirect properly.

    You have it right, you can create that page by navigating to the Pages section of your WordPress Dashboard, and clicking to create a new page. Add the [give_receipt] shortcode and click to save that page.

    Then, navigate to Donations > Settings, and use the dropdown menu to select your newly created page as your Success Page, and then be sure to click the blue “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. You won’t have to do anything else, that should do it!
