Confirmation page

  • I added the shortcode to the page and was able to register for a webinar just fine, but after registration, it took me back to the registration page and not to the “thank you” page that I have specified in GTW. Do I need to do anything extra to set the confirmation page? Thanks.

  • Hi, I had the same problem, I solved it by creating a thank you page. Go to pages, create new, Put Thank You in title and your message in the body.

    Hope this help.

    Also make sure the page id in the shortcode is matching the thank you page id

    [register_free_webinar webid=xxxx pageid=thank you page id]
