Confirmation only for specific lists

I’m setting up an ecommerse site where each product will have a Mailpoet list for specific follow up emails. I have Sign-up Confirmation set to “Yes”, which is fine for when the buyer registers on the website, but I want to disable the confirmation for each of the product lists. So for example:
WordPress User list = confirmation required
Product A list = no confirmation (because they are already in the system).
Product B list = no confirmation …Is there a way to hack this to make it possible?
