After the customer clicks “Submit”, the confirmation appears high up on the screen (out of sight). The customer doesn’t know what has happened has to scroll up to see what has happened. Any way the cursor can snap to the confirmation notification?

  • Hey there ??

After the form is submitted, HappyForms automatically scrolls to the top where confirmation message is. Does that not work for you? Would you mind sending us your page URL so we can have a closer look?

    Thanks! ??

Would it be possible to have an option to have the confirmation message appear below the form?

This is problematic, because the confirmation message is structured inside the form block, so if you place the form at the bottom of the page, e.g. signup form, then it scrolls to the top, but the message is displayed inside the form block at the bottom.

Also, it would be nice if you could have an option to “hide” the form and then display the message instead, so you can’t complete the form again without a reload.
