Confirmation of license retrieval by customer

    Hi, I′ve been using this extension for a long time and it′s great. Thank you for it!

    I would like to know if there is a way for us to get a confirmation that the customer actually received/saw the license.

    Currently, I send the license automatically by email when the order is set to “complete”, but I would like to have some sort of link on the order details and this email, so that only when the customer clicks to “reveal” the license, he can access it. And this would be stored and reported somehow in my database and tracked in admin panel for the plugin.

    This idea could even be derived from the “show” function of the plugin that we use in Admin. All we would need is a report saying that the customer clicked to show/reveal their license if you could use this same feature that is already in the plugin.

    This is important to have a real “Proof” that the customer got the license, in cases of disputes/refunds regarding digital payment and delivery of software.

    Is that possible to implement in the future, or could you direct me somehow to create this workflow?

    Thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

    This has been asked for a couple of times. I’m adding to the backlog as a feature request. When exactly this will be released I don’t really know. Is this something that is rather urgent for you or could it wait a bit longer?

    It’s very important, especially because of PayPal’s seller protection that demands us to have this proof, and currently the extension does not allow us to deliver automatically with this kind of confirmation.

    I dont have a problem at the moment, but I would like to be safe from it as soon as possible!

    If you could migrate the admin feature to the frontend, fornthe customer to reveal the license and store that action somehow, it would be great!
