Greetings and thanks for this lightweight plugin.

I noticed this, regarding “Confirmation messages” on Frontend:
<p class="vscf-info">Thank you! You will receive a response as soon as possible.</p>

    MacOS Mojave (10.14.6) Safari: No
MacOS Mojave (10.14.6) Firefox: Yes it shows
    MacOS Mojave (10.14.6) Opera: No

iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) Safari: No
iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) Firefox: Yes it shows
iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) Edge: No
iPhone 7 (iOS 14.4) Opera: Yes it shows

Is there something I overlooked or is this something you can confirm?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

I’m only able to test with my own iPhone (XR) with iOS 14.3 and Safari: Yes it shows. Have submitted a form via your website few moments ago.

In case submission succeeds (or fails), a tiny js function reloads the page and activates another function that adds a certain parameter to the page-URL, and by using the GET method a thank you (or error) notification is being returned. Quite common method. Cannot imagine a recent browser doesn’t support this structure.

Can you give me the URL of the contactpage after this occurs? Because my plugin adds a “success” or “fail” parameter to the URL. I would like to know whether this happens or not.

@guido07111975 Thank you for your input.
I will now setup a vanilla site and check again.
    Will let you know…

@guido07111975 I just tested on a vanilla site. It works everywhere. The problem is on my side. I’ll have to disable every plugins until I find the culprit.

    Sorry about this.

    Hi @guido07111975

Solved: I simply had to edit the page where I have the [contact] shortcode.
With the help of “Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster” plugin, I desactivated this script coming from “WP User Frontend Pro” plugin:
    /wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend-pro/assets/js/jssocials.min.js

    Hi,

    Thanks for this additional info!
When this occurs, what happens? Does the form stay visible, or blank screen (no form and no confirmation message)? And did you receive the submission via your mail?

    Question 01:
    When this occurs, what happens?
    Answer 01:
Yes. The form stays visible, but emptied and no confirmation message.
    Question 02:
And did you receive the submission via your mail?
    Answer 02:
Yes. On every tests (with or without the frontend confirmation message), I received the submission via my mail.

    Cheers,
